2. Provision of Services
Insurex Systems provides custom software development, consulting, and platform licensing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our systems only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access systems or data outside the scope of your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and documentation produced by Insurex Systems remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a signed agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Insurex Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems, including data loss or business interruption.
